A total of 34 runners took part in this year’s Caithness half marathon, with 10 runners taking part in the 5k.
We were blessed with pleasant weather – warm, light winds, bright skies – for this year’s event.
Paul MacDonald (NHH) took first place in a time of 01:30:42, with Michael Sutherland (NHH) just 8 seconds behind in a time of 01:30:50. Euan Ramsay was third in a time of 01:31:11.
Marnie Ker (NHH) was first female in a time of 01:45:55, with Carly Erridge second in a time of 01:48:21. The third female home was Erin Stoll (NHH) 01:51:45.

Local Connar Miller took first place in the 5k in a time of 19:35 with Billy Sutherland a very close second with 19:40. Third place was won by Ryan Reid in a time of 23:49. Katie Miller was the first female home in a time of 24:21.
